The hotel offered nice amenities and had a friendly atmosphere. However, it was understaffed, and the cleaning left much to be desired, as evidenced by dirty linens and delays during check-in. Overall, there’s potential for improvement, but it may not meet everyone’s expectations right now.

I really enjoyed the cozy King Room, and the heated swimming pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. There’s also a nice leisure room to relax in while catching up on shows. I did have a little trouble with the room temperature controls, but that didn't put a damper on my overall experience. 😊

I just stayed for a night and was really impressed by the large shampoo bottles—so much better than those tiny ones! The sticky bun I had at breakfast was delicious—definitely a treat! I could occasionally hear my neighbors, but the room was otherwise comfortable.

The location nearby the highway made it easy to access shopping and dining. I liked the pool area. it felt relaxing after a busy day exploring. Check-in went smoothly, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome. However, I encountered a few issues. My room had old air conditioning, which barely worked—definitely not what I expected for the price. The pillows were also uncomfortable, small, and hard. One morning, I experienced lukewarm water during my shower. The furniture looked outdated, and some parts of the room needed maintenance. I enjoyed my time overall but felt the hotel needs a refresh to improve the guest experience.

The room was spacious, featuring a king suite layout that made our stay comfortable. Proximity to numerous restaurants added convenience for dining options. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom was disappointing, alongside poor service from the front desk that affected our experience. Access to the pool area was a welcome feature but couldn’t outweigh these negatives.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff
The bed was super comfy, and the room was clean which made our one-night stay enjoyable. The location was convenient for exploring Harrisburg and dining options were abundant nearby. The staff was friendly, which always enhances the experience. However, the breakfast could definitely use improvement, as it lacked variety and quality.
